How long does it take to get my order?
Once the proof is approved, most orders ship out in 2-5 business days. During our holiday rush time (November and December), it may take a bit longer. Rush shipping is available upon request at an additional charge.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep! Our USA customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship our products to most countries world-wide. Shipping times will vary and remember we sadly have no control over customs policies and regulations in your country. Canadian horse lovers get free shipping on orders over $150, and our European equestrian orders over $200 ship free.
What if there is an error on my order?
Should we make a mistake on your order, we will reprint and reship it via the original shipping method chosen at no charge.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.
